The Story of Groove Street

I bought the old Whizzer building in 2022. My plan was to rehab the place and rent it out to a tenant. The building was a wreck. The roof was leaking and it smelled like mold. I gutted the space to the bare walls, contracted out the major components, and did the interior buildout myself.

Mission accomplished! But after all that time and effort I became sort of attached to the place. Couldn't accept the idea of just handing it over to a stranger. No, this is going to be the land of dreams, a community garden where music is planted, cultivated, and harvested.

Groove Street is a work in progress, and you are invited to become part of it. Welcome Aboard!
